What We Offer

Educational & Learning Support Evaluation

Classroom engagement with raised hands

The Educational & Learning Support Evaluation is an individualized academic assessment designed to clarify a student’s current skill levels, learning profile, and functional strengths and challenges that may be affecting school performance. The evaluation provides practical, easy-to-understand guidance for educational planning, including recommendations for supports, accommodations, interventions, and academic strategies. This service is especially helpful for students experiencing academic difficulty, inconsistent progress, underperformance, or concerns related to learning and school functioning.

This evaluation may be beneficial for:

  • Students struggling in one or more academic areas

  • Families seeking a clear overview of academic strengths and needs

  • Students with existing IEP or 504 Plans needing updated academic information

  • Students who have never received a formal evaluation but may benefit from school-based supports

  • Middle school and transition-age students preparing for future educational planning

Special Education, IEP & Transition Planning Review

IEP meeting collaboration on transition planning

Special Education, IEP & Transition Planning Review is an objective, systems-level review designed to evaluate whether a student’s educational supports are functionally usable, appropriately aligned, and realistically connected to the student’s needs and future goals. The focus is not simply on what is written in a plan, but how those supports translate into real educational access, skill development, and long-term preparation for adulthood.

This review examines areas such as:

  • IEP structure, clarity, and consistency

  • Functional access to accommodations and educational supports

  • Alignment between services, goals, and measurable outcomes

  • Postsecondary education and employment readiness

  • Independent living preparation and transition planning

This service is particularly valuable for transition-age students preparing for college, employment, vocational training, or adult life services. It does not include attending IEP meetings.
